WindFix Suspended Acess Platform

WindFix is working to revolutionize wind turbine access with its innovative design. The main objective is to increase productivity by up to 50% and extend your maintenance season by an average of 12 weeks, reducing costs and

downtime  significantly.

If you want to be part of this development and want to have preferred conditions, reserved only to flagship clients, contact us. We plan to start pilots by fall 2024.

Airtight Working Environment

  • Our platform features a complete roof with an unbeatable sealing system that prevents any water ingress.

  • It incorporates an intelligent control system for managing air humidity and temperature.

  • The roof is highly flexible and can adapt to various blade shapes from tip to root.

  • Designed to prevent water accumulation, the roof ensures that the platform interior  remains dry at all times.

  • Additionally, the product includes a flexible floor in contact with the wind blade, ensuring controlled air circulation within the enclosed working volume, unaffected by wind gusts.

Fast Assembly

  • Platform assembly effort is minimal, requiring only the attachment of suspension cables and horizontal movement bars.

  • From the tower's arrival, it takes just 40 minutes to begin productive work on the blade.

  • The platform is equipped with three winches to ensure stability, comfort, and safety.

Do More With Less

  • One platform serves all turbine sizes, shapes, and OEMs.

  • Provides 360-degree blade access.

  • Operates 24/7.

  • Increase your return on assets.
