How much will my revenue grow?

If wind speed is below 12 m/s and you can access the wind turbine, you can work!

The increase in turnover and profit depends on various factors as team shift schedules, typical climate in your location, country-specific work restrictions, etc.

Typically, there is a 30% downtime during the normal season from April to September due to weather limitations. Our solution not only reduces standby time during the normal season but also significantly extends it by an average of 12 weeks.

Is WindFix a product or a conceptual idea?

The development of the WindFix platform began in 2020. Initially, we focused on creating independent innovations such as the sealing and the roof. However, as these innovations progressed, it became evident that integrating them into a high-performance product would require a platform that harmonizes these technologies into a single solution.

The product is currently starting the fabrication stage, with plans for certification by summer and pilot programs with flagship customers, ideally starting fall 2024.

What do you mean by watertight?

Our innovative WindFix sealing system creates a secure seal around the entire blade, unlike our competitors who use only local suction cups. Water simply cannot penetrate our system and, even during extended stormy conditions, our sealing system provides redundancy to ensure that inside, where you repair the blade, remains dry.

What happens if it's raining when I arrive at the wind turbine?

Upon arrival, you'll typically assemble the platform and ascend to the blade location needing repair. Once assembled, activate our AI humidity control system and, within minutes, you can begin your repair operation without worrying about the weather outside.

How flexible and versatile is this platform?

Our platform is highly adaptable, suitable for all types of wind turbines. With a reach of 18 meters from tip to tower, it can accommodate blade offsets independently, offering unmatched versatility.

How do I managed repairs that last more than 8h?

Our platform enables round-the-clock work. Teams can operate in shifts to ensure continuous progress, while the platform maintains a controlled environment. Rope maneuvers, such as the ACTSAFE system, allow for seamless transitions during longer repair sessions.

Why use a suspended platform?

Suspended platforms are a much more convenient method to access wind blades. From the platform the technicians are well positioned to perform any kind of inspection and repair with much higher quality than from ropes.

With WindFix suspended platform you can extend the maintenance season duration, while saving on the number of rope certifications your operators need.
